- We are located in the heart of NORTHAMPTON. Our studio is based in the STABLEYARD AT HOLDENBY HOUSE, HOLDENBY, NN6 8DJ.

- You will be shown around our showroom, featuring a dazzling display of prom dresses. With the help and guidance of your own personal stylist, you will create your own mini collection of dresses you would like to try on. You will have your own changing area and a fitting service with the expertise of your personal stylist to help you choose the right fit for your vibe.

- We recommend you visit us between the months of OCTOBER - MARCH before your prom. The sooner you find your dress, the better as you will be able to have first pick and also it will leave plenty of time for your dress to be made and arrive whilst you think about accessories and hair styles, make up, nails - the finished look!

- Our made to order prom dresses start from £189 and go upwards to £699 depending on style and designer. Our average price is £299. We have a small selection of ready to take home archive dresses from £99.

- It is entirely your choice if you would like to bring a strapless bra, however all of our dresses have bra cups built into them already :) and if you already have the shoes you are planning to wear to prom or a comfy pair of heels you love, feel free to bring them with you! However we have everything you need already here so don't worry at all!

- We kindly ask that you refrain from wearing heavy make up or any fake tan for your appointment as the dresses are delicate in nature and once they are damaged, they are no longer able to be tried on. We like everyone who visits us to have the opportunity to try dresses on in the same conditions as you would expect for your own appointment. If you are wearing rings, your stylist will politely ask you to remove them as materials such as satin are extremely vulnerable to snagging.

- No. They are made to order which means we take your measurements and order the dress in the closest size possible based on your proportions on the designers size chart.

- Your prom appointment is one hour long.

- Unless we state otherwise, alterations are not included in the price. At Bonsoire Prom we do not have an alteration service, however we work very closely with a fabulous seamstress who has altered Bonsoire Prom dresses for many years so she knows them inside out. Her prices are extremely reasonable thanks to our close relationship. We will pass on her details to you once you have purchased your dress to discuss alterations with her expertise.

- This depends entirely on the designer as they all have different lead times. When you have chosen your dress, your stylist will give you an estimated delivery date. You will be notified as soon as your dress arrives in store to come and collect.

- Only TWO parents/guardians over the age of 18 are permitted to attend your appointment with you. We hold just two prom bookings at one time. This is our policy of respect for bookings who may not feel comfortable with lots of people present and to keep Bonsoire Prom a relaxed and safe space for everyone.

- We kindly ask that you don't bring any children under the age of 10 unless they are attending for a fitting service of their own (e.g - junior prom/ flower girl...). We absolutely adore children, however during fittings we worry that they may hurt themselves if left unattended. We understand that young babies need to be with their mothers, therefore babies under the age of 1 are welcome to join.

- The answer is most likely, yes. All evening dresses require a little tweaking once arrived as long evening dresses come in standard dress length so that once you have chosen your gown, you have time to find shoes to match. The seamstress will then need to cut to the length of the dress required once she can see where the dress needs to sit raised off of the floor. For a flawless finish and complete perfection, a seamstress may need to adjust straps to your shoulder length or take in the seams slightly so that your gown will fall beautifully against your individual frame.

- YES!! Located just outside of the stable yard entrance. During event days held at Holdenby House, please ignore the alternative parking signs and continue to use the car park located in front of the stable yard as you are permitted to do so by BONSOIRE PROM as our clients.

- Our studio is all on ground level however there is a slightly raised doorstep to enter the studio. We are planning to build a ramp for this. There are disabled toilets just around the corner and also disable parking.
