We have rules when it comes to protecting you and your data - Your data is used solely to enhance your experience on our very own website or to contact you directly - and that's only if you get in touch with us first!
We don't believe in pushiness or hard sales so we will never, ever share your data with anyone else.
There is no catch or no surprises and when we no longer need it, we delete it :)

Bonsoire will keep your contact details for at least 21 days after your appointment during the current Coronavirus pandemic in order to comply with the governments Track & Trace system. We will only pass on your information to the appropriate authorities or contact you direct, in your best interest should there be possible spread of infection.

At Bonsoire we are want to ensure you that your information is secure and your details are kept private. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we store all data electronically. www.bonsoire.co.uk is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PLEASE ENSURE YOU READ THE TERMS OF TRADE VERY CAREFULLY AS BONSOIRE WILL REQUIRE YOU TO SIGN BY WAY OF YOUR AGREEMENT WITH THE FOLLOWING STATEMENTS.
- No Refunds will be given for any reason, even if the goods have not been ordered from the supplier.
- All goods must be paid for in full upon collection/first fitting & before seamstress makes any changes.
- Any dates of expected delivery of the goods from the manufacturers are approximate and we will not be liable for any delay in delivery however caused.
- If we are unable to provide any of the goods or services our liability to you will be limited to the return of any money paid by you for those goods or services.
- The price of garments does not include any costs of alterations.
- Any alterations made to garments are made strictly between you and the person altering the garment. We have no liability at all for the results of the alterations.
- Before you take the goods from Bonsoire you must satisfy yourself as to the condition of the goods and immediately draw attention to one of our staff of any defects or discrepancies.
- We will not be liable for any defects or discrepancies subsequently discovered after the goods have left Bonsoire.
- We will not be liable to you for any consequential compensation whatsoever due to the supply of the goods or their use to you.
- Bonsoire reserve the right to sell or dispose of any goods that have not been paid in full within six months of the date of order and any deposits paid will be used towards the disposal.
- The default time scale for Bonsoire to complete your order is 188 working days from the date of your order. If your special event is within the 188 working days, you accept Bonsoire will not be liable to 'time is of the essence' contract.
- This contract is made on the understanding that Bonsoire will order your dress to the closest sizes using the suppliers sizing charts and accept no liability for their accuracy. Alterations may be required.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY
- ALL MEASUREMENTS TAKEN BY BONSOIRE ARE TO SIMPLY FIND THE MOST SUITABLE DRESS SIZE TO ORDER FROM THE MANUFACTURER. FINAL ADJUSTMENTS MAY BE REQUIRED FOR A 'PERFECT FIT' AND BONSOIRE WILL NOT BECOME INVOLVED IN THIS ADDITIONAL WORK AND IS NOT INCLUDED IN ANY OF BONSOIRE'S PRICES -
- If your garments do need final adjustments, then these need to be arranged between yourself and your chosen seamstress. Bonsoire only supplies the dresses and will not become involved in any alterations or costs for your seamstress at all.
